Another Home

The air is getting heavy
But there are roads that we must cross
Falling down and by the wayside
With the lives already lost

When you start to etch a groove mark
It only means that you should go
And find another light to search with
Shining underneath its glow

But I wanted you to know
That there aren't always days like these
One morning you will spring back up
And spend the next down on your knees
Until you're only begging please

Love is such a simple thing
And you don't need a diamond ring
To rise and shine into the night
Like a star that's floating on a kite

You ask me if I'll stay, I say I might
I said I might

When you start to etch a groove mark
It only means that you should go
And find another light to search with
Maybe find another home
Maybe find another home
